David Bulan made history this year as the first InclusiveU student at Syracuse University to join Greek Life through the newly chartered Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. However, his journey to becoming a founding father has not proved easy. "Syracuse is leading the way. Is there still more to be done? Absolutely," said his mom, Michelle Bulan.
